This vintage G1  outfit is the Pretty As A Picture  set. It includes a white paint smock with colorful paint splatter, a soft red beret, red shoes, a paint palette, and a paintbrush. The set originally came with blue pants, but those are missing. 

This set is rare to find with its accessories and looks great on a pony with flaws you want to hide.
